Danie Simpson joined Premier in 2012 after 30 years in bakery management at Tiger Brands. Danie leads Premier’s baking division consisting of 16 bakeries and 10 depots that deliver over 500 million loaves per year with a fleet of 850 vehicles spread across South Africa, Swaziland and Lesotho.

Kobus joined Premier in 2011 with 25 years’ experience in the financial industry. Prior to joining Premier, Kobus spent 6 years in the investment team at Brait and 7 years in restructuring, turnaround and consulting in the USA. Kobus leads the finance, IT, legal, procurement and business intelligence functions at Premier.

Max Mkhonta was appointed Group Human Resources Manager in April 2015 and has more than 23 years experience in Human Resource Management, having worked in a variety of industries including pulp & paper, textile, communication, services and energy.

Patrick Myeni joined RSSC as a Trainee in 1981, was appointed Section Manager in 1987 and moved up the ranks to General Manager Agriculture in 2007. He serves in a number of committees including The Swaziland Fuel Pricing Committee.

Stephen Potts has more than 25 years experience in areas of finance, projects finance, sugar marketing, business and strategic planning. He reports to the RSSC Board on all financial matters and attends the Audit, Risk and Remuneration Committee meetings.

Advocate Muhawu Maziya, a Fulbright Alumni, was Head of Law at the University of Swaziland and subsequently, Deputy Executive Director of the Federation of Swaziland Employers before joining RSSC in 1998 as Company Secretary. Muhawu Maziya heads up the Commercial division at RSSC.

Alhaji Ahmed Idris is the Accountant-General of the Federation in Nigeria. He has held various executive positions in the Federal Civil Service such as Director (Finance and Accounts) at the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Wuse Zone 5, Abuja and at the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development Wuse II, Abuja.

Zombodze Robert Magagula is the Consultant for Momentum Health Insurance. He previously worked as Crown Counsel and Prosecutor under the Swaziland Government’s Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs. Zombodze Robert Magagula is President of the Swaziland Olympic and Commonwealth Games Association.

Jameson Gule is General Manager Corporate Affairs at Tibiyo TakaNgwane and prior to that he was Managing Director of The Swazi Observer.
