Alexander Abedian

Alexander has the following academic qualifications;  

Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS- Wits 2010

Masters in Prosthodontics MSc- Wits 2016

Dr Alexander has an array of interests, talents and professions.

From being South Africa’s celebrity dentist to being a top cosmetic dentist, to university lecturing to custom jewellery design to rapping and singing, all professionally.

In all of these fields, he carefully weaves in an element of service to humanity as the foundation, all while doing his best to excel in these fields.

He graduated with top awards in restorative dentistry, prosthodontic dentistry, public oral health and periodontics in his undergrad at wits.

He completed his master’s in Prosthodontic dentistry

They (wits) invited him back to lecture and this is his 10th year lecturing

He founded @projectsmilesa (free dental care for those who truly need it most)

He is a rapper/musician ( LEXLEO @lexleomusic)

He is a custom jeweller (@shohrehcustomade)

He is a Baha’i, and very much lives the life he says he does. Service to humanity in whichever profession he chooses is his priority.

He runs multiple volunteer weekend classes in townships around Joburg helping develop the potential of children and youth, and has been doing so for the last 20 years.
