Dumsile Shongwe

Dumsile Dorah Shongwe is the only female board member. She is also the Secretary General of Swaziland Contractors Association. She finished her high school education in 1981 and preceded to the University of Swaziland to pursue a degree in BA Humanities and concurrent Diploma in Education. Dumsile Shongwe has been a high school teacher for 13 years, from 1986 to 2000, when she decided to join her husband in the construction business, who had been in the business since 1983. Before then, she did AAT Level I and II , in order to be comfortable in the business environment. While doing construction business, she did short courses such as Business Management and Project Management. She has been in the construction business for over 15 years.
