Henry – Pacifique Mayala Mbenza

Henry – Pacifique Mayala Mbenza has over four years of progressive experience in the monitoring and evaluation of development and emergency projects with both national and international NGOs. He is currently the DR Congo Country GIS Officer at the International NGO Security and Safety Organization (INSO-DRC). His focus is on the conception, design, and production of information tools dedicated to supporting the humanitarian community with information, analysis, and advice. He aims to enhance situational awareness, support informed decision making processes, strengthen operational practices and enable humanitarian access within unstable operating environments. Henry – Pacifique Mayala Mbenza is currently studying for his BSc. Degree in Environmental Sciences and Management from the Kampala International University. He focused on environmental socio-economics, natural resources management, and company social responsibilities in the extractive industry sector. Henry is involved in field operations and currently serves at the coordination and planning levels. He aspires to join decision-making tables to work between the international thinking tanks and the grassroots provincial and national ministries of planning to address the gaps between humanitarian and external aid agencies.
