Julian Liebenberg

Julian brings to the role his ability to lead and coach business development teams across the African continent, complimented by his understanding and ability to adapt to different cultures to get the best results. He has an excellent general knowledge of business, taking strategy from mere planned activities to implementation.

Julian joined Business Connexion in 2005 as a divisional executive in sales and marketing. With more than three decades of experience in the ICT sector he has an utmost understanding of client needs. Before to joining BCX, he held several executive management positions, including Divisional Executive at Bidvest Network solutions when launching the 1st NGN MPLS VPN in South Africa.

He is a high-energy, results-oriented leader with an entrepreneurial attitude, a talent for contextualising large services-based deals in simple business language, and an ability to match complex solutions to business objectives. As a sales leader, he believes in empowering people to achieve more than they imagined possible.

He leads the BCX’s sales, channel management and customer service for medium to large corporates, being responsible for the full customer journey – from lead to first bill. His objective is for Integr8 to deliver quality to the mid-market by providing end-to-end flexible ICT solutions, with speed and agility.
