Kuziva Huni

Kuziva is an executive in strategy consulting, where she directs the strategic vision of projects and handles operational leadership across profitability, team professional development, and client relationship management. She currently leads a boutique, innovation-focused strategy consulting firm of 25 employees working across public-private and third sectors. She is passionate about unlocking the untapped potential of catalytic innovation drivers that lead to inclusive economic development and is also deeply committed to and experienced in building leadership capacity in Africa. Kuziva has served as an executive in the financial services industry where she led Atlas Mara’s Transformation strategy in Rwanda to facilitate the integration and modernisation of two entities. She has a wealth of diverse experiences having worked in over 17 sub-Saharan African countries, allowing her to bring impact-driven, people-centric, and market-based approaches to tackling some of the continent’s most pressing development challenges.
