Lerato Mabiletsa is a South African Principal Founder and CEO of Elite-CV, a career branding company and a first of its kind in South Africa.

Passionate, articulate, meticulous, pioneer and a Business Leader with drive and zeal. In the course of her career, She held several roles that were fundamental in diversifying her experience.

Lerato advanced her career from a Bookkeeper of a small company to an award-winning Financial Operations Manager at a Global Organisation. Her career started in Finance and her first job was in a small IT Equipment Company in Bloemfontein. She then moved to Johannesburg in 2005 and worked for Polo SA before settling at Internet Solutions a division of Dimension Data for a decade. Here is where she honed her leadership qualities and discovered her gift of innovating thinking.

Lerato Mabiletsa holds an MDP obtained from the Gordon Institute of Business Science as well as a Financial Management Qualification from the University of South Africa, and various certifications. She is a SaaS champion and a stern believer in out-of-the-box thinking to attain results and solidify an organisation’s success. A leader in building and successfully managing virtual teams, she believes that agility is a key ingredient in achieving growth and success in a business. Her resourcefulness and ability to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum has seen her transform organisations.

Lerato believes one cannot manage what they cannot measure and that it is essential that decision-makers have access to accurate, real-time information and this birthed her love for creating dashboards. She is systematic and technological therefore starting an online business was an organic move for her.

Lerato Mabiletsa is a wife and mother of two, and she enjoys family time above social engagements. Her favourite pastime is photography, she enjoys documenting moments in the form of photographs. She love snorkelling and travelling, enjoying new experiences with her loved ones is something she enjoys immensely.
