Michael Lebusa
Michael Lebusa is a serial entrepreneur, always looking to develop his trade and craft, his passion for music began in his teens, founding Entity Deep with a group of friends. Entity Deep has assisted and grown a number of local artists from the townships and giving them a fighting chance, this through their publishing division, EntityDeep Media Agency, which is a member of the Music Publishers Association of South Africa, has fought for the rights of small artists regarding their publishing rights.
Michael Lebusa has been the champion of building musical brands and through Entity Deep, he has represented the Likes of Lady Zamar, Dalootz, Asanda Mkhize, QuayR Musiq, to name but a few also working on major music campaigns with brands such as Ricoffy, Tresemme, Whitley Neil, Budweiser, Studio88, Chanel (UK) and Ports 1961 (China). This has earned Entity Deep international collaborations with London based label NTS Records.
Entity Deep has also facilitated the OR Tambo Soncini games in 2022 where Michael was the project manager wherein the event hosts schools all over Gauteng and has a team representing Italy, where the logistical aspects of the event were managed by Entity Deep.
Michael is a founding member of Sechaba Se So Youth Foundation (sechabayouth.org.za) and they have created mechanisms that have allowed the highlighting of mental health, getting artists/musicians to work in the creative industry as well as helping the elderly by assisting students at Nursing College to host an event for the elderly, which includes cleaning the yards and donating items of need.
Having worked for The Creative Counsel after the passing of his mother to ensure that he has money to get to school he developed his sales and marketing techniques which got him to working with brands such British American Tobacco and SAB which exposed him to various events and then birthed the rise of Entity Deep in 2017 where they began representing and effectively growing the brand of Lady Zamar into a household name winning numerous awards including the SAMA and Dance Music Awards whilst having numerous chart topping hits in the Entity Deep catalogue.
