Nancy Tshishiku Mbalayi

Nancy Tshishiku Mbalayi has over 11 years of experience in finance and marketing. She is the Finance Manager for Maersk, currently in charge of the countries in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Nancy also works as a Network Marketer, where she coaches more than 2,000 partners in entrepreneurship activities to help them develop financial freedom regardless of their gender, social status, or age. Nancy Tshishiku Mbalayi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, and Insurance from the Protestant University of Congo. She is motivated to empower women, young girls, and elders through education and entrepreneurship. She is treasurer of ACOFDU, a Congolese organization affiliated with Graduate Women International that promotes the education of girls and women in the DRC Africa. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Nancy plans to share this experience with her business partners and hopes to inspire women to realize their dreams, develop leadership skills, increase business performance and continue their education.
