Richelieu Beaunoir

Originally from Durban, Richelieu Beaunoir has moved to Johannesburg and for the past two years has been enjoying entertaining the many different crowds that the big city has to offer. He has been seen regularly on the big stages but more prominantly on the club scene in and around Gauteng where he has been appearing alongside the many great comics plying their trade in South Africa. Richelieu has seen a learning curve in his approach to comedy, learning from the many comedians he encounters.

A friendly easy going guy his style is a blend of quick wit, clever observations and a personality that shines through on stage as he engages his audience endearingly. He displays a constant smile whilst performing as he thorougly enjoys sharing his mind and ideals with his growing number of followers.

His accolades of late include being nominated in the Comics Choice Awards in the Audience Choice category, hosting the Proudly Coloured Show, State Theatre shows and is seen regularly performing improv comedy on the LOL show on Mzanzi Magic.
