Mmabatho Montse- Hlabangane is a South African business woman, franchisee and NGO founder. Mmabatho founded Tea Tree &CO, an interior decor studio which offers collections of luxurious decor pieces, accent furniture, and contemporary artworks. At Tea Tree & CO they offer a wide variety of quality silk flowers and season specific ornaments, for office and home decorations. They also aim to put a sparkle in lifestyle retail stores and business events. 

Their products are selected by a group of specialists in the fields of interior design, eventing and floristry. The company is based in Johannesburg and they are a 100% black woman owned and managed company with solid leadership that is based on sound business principles. 

Mmabatho is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic business plans to increase efficiencies. She has strong commercial awareness with an eye for seeing opportunities. Mmabatho has a proven record as an entrepreneur across various fields.
