Patience O Coleman

Patience O Coleman is the director of the Civil Service Reform Directorate (CSRD), which coordinates public-sector modernization reforms at the Civil Service Agency. Patience O Coleman holds two master’s degrees in Public Policy and Diplomacy, and a graduate certificate in Public Administration from the Australian National University. She has worked as a professional for over nine years, with experience in diverse sectors. She served as a strategist/promoter for poverty-reduction campaigns and is fully engaged in promoting peace by inspiring, mentoring, and serving as role model for many young people in her community. She once served relationship and customer-service roles in the private sector, thereby developing useful skills for effective engagement with stakeholders. She has developed diverse skills and competencies to handle challenges, help solve problems, and influence change. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship(Africa), Patience plans to continue building a results-oriented team of reformers.
