He has been Independent Management Consultant in areas related to;
Participatory planning of Development Projects, Establishment and Management of Grassroots Micro finance Associations/Institutions, Cooperative Business management, Marketing and inventory management together with Training and Mentoring on Development programs/projects,Founder member of Tanzania Mentors Association (TMA), the organization is actively involved in provision of professional mentoring and coaching to both public and private sector development programs/projects aimed at reducing poverty among people, Founder member of Community Grass root Initiatives
Association (COAS) –A local NGO in Iringa Region involved in programs related to Agricultural production and profitability, promotion of income generating activities and establishment of local micro finance schemes. He employed by Christian Social Services Commission(CSSC) Dares salaam, and seconded to Wajibika project as Council Mentor to Mufindi District Council to strengthen fiscal and programmatic accountability in Local Government, Tanzania. Also was employed (on part time basis) by USAID – Abt.Associates Inc -WAJIBIKA Project as a Consultant (Mentor) to Mufindi District Council. The project key activities was in areas of Planning, Budgeting, Accounting, Reporting and Use of Data for Decision Making/Accountability. He has been Project Officer with International NGO –Irish Foundation For Cooperative Development (IFCD) from Dublin 2 Ireland. The NGO was actively involved in Promoting and Enhancing creation of Self Help Farmer Group Associations, carrying out training & education Programs related to Agricultural Marketing and Saving&Credit viable systems in Iringa Region.Between 1988-1995:
