Sitho Mdlalose

Sitho is currently Chief Executive Officer of Vodacom South Africa, a role he has held since 1 July 2022 after a successful tenure as Managing Director of Vodacom Tanzania from November 2021. Sitho is an established business leader with over 20 years’ experience in finance, consulting, and management in both emerging and developed markets. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) and a Harvard Business School Senior Executive Programme graduate. He started his early career in audit consulting prior to joining Vodafone Group and later Vodacom Group where he held various positions that include Chief Finance Officer for International Business, Interim Group Chief Finance Officer, and Finance Director for Vodacom South Africa, before being appointed to MD, Vodacom Tanzania in 2021. Sitho has remarkable personal presence and an exceptional track record of growing businesses and delivering strategic transformation.
